Due to the shop only being staffed from Thursday to Sunday, please be aware that the online orders are only sent out during this period, we apologise for any inconvenience.
Prices and Payment
All prices are correct at the time of entering the relevant information. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice but this will not affect any confirmed orders.
Postage cost of all exchanges due to size and change of mind, will be at the expense of the customer.
Flat Rate Standard Postage within Australia
- Standard flat-rate shipping is $9.95*
- Registered standard shipping is $11.95*
- Express, registered shipping is $14.95* currently unavailable
- FREE standard postage for all orders over $160
We also offer free in-store pickup, just choose this option at checkout.
Pick up preferred within 7 days of purchase.
Please note, bulky or very heavy items will incur higher postage costs and we may contact you regarding extra postage costs associated with your order. You will be given the option to cancel your order at any time if the extra costs do not suit you.
Your order will be shipped in approximately 2 - 5 working days on receipt of payment. We currently process orders Thursday to Saturday so please consider this when ordering under time constraints.
Dragstar is not liable for packages that have gone missing during transit.
To ensure your parcel gets to you, always enter the safest address for delivery. We will email you confirmation at the time of dispatch, and provide you with the package tracking number. We recommend choosing to register your package if you have any concerns about delivery.

International Shipping
We now post to New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany and Belgium.

*2kg is the maximum weight we can send, if your order is heavier please contact us so we can arrange additional postage.

Returns
Postage cost of all Exchanges due to size and change of mind , will be at the expense of the customer.
You can return your merchandise to the Dragstar store within 14 days of purchase Just bring in or post your receipt and merchandise for an exchange or credit note.
We are happy to exchange but no refunds will be issued unless the item is faulty.
We do not exchange or accept returns of 'sale' items. All 'sale' purchases are final.
Please email your intention to return an item to newtown@dragstar.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goods. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification by email may not be processed.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
Enclose your merchandise in a box or appropriate packaging within 14 days from receiving of the goods, and mail to:

Customers will be responsible for all postage and handling charges. We strongly suggest using a trackable Australia Post satchel, as we can not take responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.
In the case of an exchange, please include a self addressed post satchel to avoid incurring the cost of re-delivery. This ensures we can promptly post your chosen replacement item.
Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Postage costs are not refundable.
